Forgot your login credentials?
If you have forgotten your Username, please contact our bank during our business hours. You may also click the forgot password option on the login screen and a forgot username drop down will appear. You will need to provide the following: SSN or EIN, Account Number, Account Type, and Birth Date.
If you have forgotten your Password click the forgot password button on the login screen. Follow the prompts to reset your password. You will be required to provide your SSN or EIN, Account Number, Account Type, and Birth Date.
Locked out of online banking?
If you have been locked out of your online banking account due to incorrect password attempts, you can contact our bank during business hours and our staff can reset your attempts for you. Otherwise, you will need to reset your password. You can reference the above forgot password option and reset your password. Reminder: If we do not have the correct phone number on file for you, you will not receive your verification code, so be sure to keep your contact information updated with us.
** You are allowed 6 incorrect attempts before it locks.
Received an error message?
If you received the error message “Please contact your financial institution” try troubleshooting with the below:
- Close the application completely and try resigning in
- Make sure that you have the updated version of the application.
- Check your app store for version updates

Received an error message?

- Make sure that you are using either Safari or Google Chrome.
- Refresh the tab you are using.
- If you are using a shortcut on your desktop or a bookmarked web page. Please try deleting the shortcut/bookmark and creating a new one to the online banking portal. Google and YouTube have great tutorials on how to do this. You can also ask someone you are close with such as family or friends who may be more knowledgeable with computers.
